Jean Paul’s young winemaker and son, Florian, who studied oenology at Dijon, truly believes in preserving the wine’s freshness and the expression of terroir. Florian is the first winemaker in the family in several generations.

Clean, pleasant if restrained nose. Hints of tropical fruit - banana, melon - along with more prominent nettle and gooseberry. Hint of smoke. On the palate, smooth and rounded, dry, minerally, beautifully balanced fruit sweetness and acidity. Sweet tropical fruit, banana, pineapple with stony mouthfeel. Great length with lingering fruit sweetness and mouthwatering soft acidity.
