Clear, light yellow color with green reflection. Fine, delicate and clean nose with typical hints of citrus, gooseberry and a fine tip of exotic fruit. Its mineral and lively character comes to the fore after rolling and ends in a hint of white pepper. Remarkably soft and balanced character with all the characteristics typical of a large Pouilly Fumé. Absolutely great!
Excellent with seafood, fresh fish such as tartare or ceviche, Thai cuisine based on green curry and coriander. But also with fried or grilled fish and various cheeses such as Crottin de Chavignol.
