The foot of the Roche de Vergisson, situated in Southern Burgundy, at the crossroads of 3 great regions (Burgundy, Bresse and Beaujolais), each with a rich historical past and a world-renowned cultural heritage, the Domaine des Poncétys is today the teaching institution for the Lycée Viticole de Davayé. Since 2004, the domaine has been engaged in a process of understanding of its terroirs of Saint Veran.

Bright yellow with golden hues. Flexibility that suggests fullness. Very expressive. Complex equilibrium with a wide variety of flavours. Notes of peach jam and apricot mingle with the smell of caramel and vanilla milk on fine mineral shades. Followed by aromas of ripe white fruit supported by subtle touch of toasted bread and vanilla. Pronounced in the mouth. Full flavour that expresses the ripeness of the grape. Floral and buttery Chardonnay with a splendid balance and full, ripe flavors.

A wine that smiles and makes you smile! It is stylistically close to Pouilly-Fuissé, with its golden hue, its greenish reflection and its refreshing taste. The aromas are reminiscent of the ripe Chardonnay grape, with subtle notes of musk. A pleasant roundness coats the palate. AWARDS: Médaille d'Argent Concours des Vins du Mâconnais et du Beaujolais; Médaille d'Or Concours des Grands Vins de France Mâcon

.A delicate and distinguished wine, greeny-gold in colour. The local soils favour harmonious development of the Chardonnay aromas with notes of hazelnut, toasted almond and mineral notes
